When you are gone, many things have to be done on a daily basis to make certain your pets are safe, secure, comfortable and happy.  We go through a 25 Point Checklist every time we visit with your pets.

1. Sanitizing to reduce illness & disease
2. Releasing your security system
3. Bringing in the newspaper
4. Bringing in the mail
5. Giving each pet clean, fresh water
6. Giving each pet the proper amount of food
7. Making sure each pet eats their food
8. Checking on the welfare of shy or reclusive pets
9. Restoring the supplies in the proper place
10. Giving treats (if they are allowed)
11. Cleaning up any "accidents" or messes that may occur
12. Watering plants
13. Having play time with each pet
14. Cleaning the litter box and/or cages
15. Maintaining a comfort level in the home you set
16. Checking all the internal and external doors and windows
17. Monitoring the condition of the home
18. Ensuring the house fence perimeter is secure
19. Changing the lighting arrangement
20. Making sure pets are in their proper place
21. Making notes for the owners
22. Administering medication, if needed
23. Checking each pet's condition
24. Relocking the house
25. Rearming the security system

In addition to providing written reports on how your pet was while you were away, we also welcome "Comfort Calls" during working hours so you can call and check on your pet's well-being.
